Biography

I’m Leandro Fabri Martins, a Senior Process Control Engineer at Nestlé R&D Konolfingen in Switzerland. With over 17 years of experience in various roles such as Maintenance Engineer, E&A MES Engineer, R&D Process Engineer, and Senior R&D Automation Engineer, I bring a wealth of expertise to the field of Process Control.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, as well as a technical degree in Electrotechnical and Mechatronics. Recently, I completed the Applied Data Science Program at MIT Professional Education, further enhancing my skills and knowledge.

My areas of expertise include Digital & Automation, Advanced and Multivariable Process Control, Process Engineering, Project Management, R&D, Maintenance, Instrumentation, and ATEX. Throughout my career, I have successfully led teams and delivered results in these areas.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring new travel destinations, and immersing myself in local cuisine.
