Manufacturing leader working since 23 years in Food Industry with different experiences (Operational and Global roles) in Europe and North America. She is passionate in leading transformation and building high performance teams and organizations. Carine is currently part of the Danone Global Manufacturing Excellence team in charge of supporting transformation program on Digital and IWS implementation in order to maximize end-used adhesion, speed of execution and performance.
