Steve is the Associate Director of Smart Manufacturing and Digital Innovation for IDEXX Laboratories, where he spearheads the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation strategies within IDEXX’s Smart Factory initiative. He is an experienced technical leader with 30 years of experience architecting and leading advanced automation and smart manufacturing initiatives for a wide range of manufacturing industries, including semiconductor, automotive, and life sciences.
