Biography

Stephanie joined GSK in May 2021 and has a decade of experience in clinical research. Her passion for data exploration to achieve study, site, and patient goals was initially sparked during her degree in Mathematics and Statistics at McMaster University. Stephanie’s positive attitude, coupled with her interest in analysis and strategy, has been an asset to her role as Associate Director in Clinical Operations and Feasibility at GSK, and most recently as PEAK Portfolio Lead within the ASCEND Program. Her contributions in Study Start Up and Feasibility have been recognized with 12 global recognition awards, as well as the IPTc award in 2021.

Prior to GSK, Stephanie was a leader in Client and Project Management at a digital patient recruitment technology company. She also worked in site management and built a research site from the ground up in the field of allergy and clinical immunology, showcasing her ability to take on new challenges, innovate, and drive success. Recently promoted to Director, Clinical Operations Planning, Stephanie brings her resilience and spirit of innovation to drive informed decision-making and enhance clinical operations planning. In her prior 8 years of people management experience, she has shown dedication to helping her team grow and reach their fullest potential. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys staying active with boxing and pilates, and is an avid reader. She is also looking forward to an upcoming trip to Japan with her husband Chris in September.
