Biography

Donna is a change management consultant specialising in digital and cultural transformation. With over 13 years of experience, she has contributed to numerous technology transformations across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, regulatory bodies, retail, and insurance. Donna has played a key role in facilitating organizational culture shifts and technology advancements, engaging in significant projects at Tesco, NHS Professionals, recently leading business changes to roll out the National Vaccination programme in the UK. Donna is currently working at BioPhorum supporting the biomanufacturing industry leaders.

BioPhorum comprises 12 communities mirroring the biopharmaceutical operating model, covering areas such as drug substance, development, supply chain, and IT/digitalization. BioPhorum serves as a platform for industry leaders to collaborate on shaping future visions, mobilizing expert teams for opportunities, fostering partnerships that drive change, and expediting implementation for shared learning and solution-building. In her role within BioPhorum IT, Donna focuses on technology solutions and collaboratively addressing common challenges in the biopharmaceutical sector.

Donna collaborates with senior digital leaders to advance digital maturity within the industry. She has led collaborative sessions with digital subject matter experts to conceptualize and progress a BioPhorum priority vision paper for the QC Lab of the Future. Donna also oversees the digital and IT portfolio pipeline, exploring new trends and innovation where there is an opportunity to collaborate with industry thought leaders to influence the future of biomanufacturing. The emphasis is on ensuring value of technology investments that improve efficiency and quality in manufacturing for organizations and patients.
