Biography

Daragh has worked with mobile and clinical trial technology for over 20 years. Following his graduation from the University of Greenwich in Cognitive Psychology, he initially worked on the development of early smartphone software at PSION before transitioning to clinical R&D technology to develop and bring to market one of the first mobile-ready Electronic Data Capture platforms.

Since then, he has implemented and managed Clinical and eClinical Programs in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa. Daragh joined Actelion in Switzerland in 2010 to drive their eClinical program, and later lead the Actelion mHealth program. During this time, he also founded a Digital Health Support company in the UK and co-founded a Virtual Clinical Trial Platform company in Switzerland.

Daragh joined Janssen in 2019 as Head of Clinical Digital Technology Strategy to develop and optimize GD Digital Technology and Transformation Strategies, and in January 2022 joined the Janssen Clinical Innovation team as a Senior Director and Focus Area Lead for Digital Solutions to drive acceleration and efficiency through innovation
