Biography

Brad serves as the Smart Connected Factory Program Lead for John Deere. This program is aimed at driving all John Deere Manufacturing Units to a common Tech Stack of manufacturing tools. In collaboration with John Deere Global IT for Manufacturing, the Product Management Teams, and the manufacturing units, Brad guides the program to evaluate technologies, converge factories to common solutions, and drive business value through the implementation of these technologies.

Brad has a broad manufacturing background spanning 17 years and including roles as an Operations Business Unit Leader, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Material Flow Manager, and Factory Engineering Manager.
