Biography

Alex Sverdlov, PhD has worked as a statistical scientist in the biopharmaceutical industry since 2007. He is currently neuroscience disease area statistical lead at Novartis. Alex has been actively involved in research on novel statistical methodologies for clinical trials to improve efficiency of drug development. He is the editor of monographs “Modern Adaptive Randomized Clinical Trials” (2015, CRC Press) and “Digital Therapeutics” (2022, CRC Press), and a co-author of a book “Mathematical and Statistical Skills in the Biopharmaceutical Industry: A Pragmatic Approach” (2019, CRC Press).
