Biography

Mike joined Marathon in the spring of 2022 in the newly created role of Director of Service Delivery. His background and expertise in business analysis and customer service at Siemens Healthineers has enabled him to contribute problem-solving and operational best practices to his role at Marathon. Mike’s extensive skills in creating business processes and IT-related solutions has allowed him to lead several projects at Marathon including transitioning all products to be manufactured in the USA and designing a comprehensive Vendor Managed Inventory program which includes real-time reporting software and off-site storage solutions. Mike’s highly-developed interpersonal and leadership skills enable him to effectively teach, train, and coach the operations team which encompasses both customer service and logistics.
