Biography

Lauren began her position as Sales Director at MarathonLS in spring of 2021 after several years serving as an award-winning Sales Director at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She manages Marathon’s direct and distributor customer relationships and oversees the sales and marketing teams. Lauren’s natural leadership and communication skills are complemented by her profound customer experience and relationship building abilities. These qualities combined enable her to leverage her years of experience at the Ritz-Carlton and other luxury brands to establish a customer-centric and collaborative approach to Marathon’s sales processes and foster and promote this standard throughout the sales and marketing teams.
