55 yo / 4 children / born in Spain/ Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Institut Catholique des Arts et Metiers at Madrid

Currently and since 2020 SVP, Head of Corporate Production Management at ZF in charge of Industry 4.0, Industrial Performance Management, Performance Analytics and Industrial Strategy as well as Advanced Manufacturing Engineering

29 yrs of Manufacturing Experience, 25 of which in Renault-Nissan Alliance

From Supervisor at a Body Shop and Head of Paint Shop during 10 years to Automobile and Powertrain Plant Manager, with a high focus on Lean Manufacturing. Mid 2012 took the role of Regional Industrial Director in South America for Renault-Nissan with responsibilities not only in Production but as well on Supply Chain Management and Process Engineering. After this experience moved to Corporate taking the Head of Manufacturing Quality for 3 years with intensive work with teams from both companies Renault and Nissan on different aspects as Suppliers Quality, Build in Quality, and Shipping Quality as well for Assembly Plants as Powertrain. Head of Industrial Performance since 2017 during 3 more years for Renault Group in close contact and developing similar working methods with Nissan on strategic Lean approaches to make one of the most competitive brands in the world from a manufacturing point of view.
