Biography

Anthony is currently the head of facilities and lab operations at Evelo Biosciences overseeing roughly 50,000 sq ft of lab and office space. He previously served in the military as a combat medic, then began his lab operations career in academia. Anthony has worked in many different types of lab environments including biotech, big tech, and biopharma. After launching the Center for Science, Technology, and Health at Biola University, he helped establish the cell and gene therapy footprint for CSL Behring in California, then helped establish the Center for Quantum Computing for Amazon Web Services. He specializes in launching new lab spaces and maintaining safe and smooth operations. Anthony and his wife and daughter live in Boston. In his free time, he enjoys reading, scuba diving, and feeding into his coffee addiction.
