Biography

Tuyen Nguyen is a Principal Scientist at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics for genetically defined diseases.

She is leading the target discovery and validation, and overseas the in vitro high throughput screening pipeline.   She is also leading the CNS and Ocular assay development efforts in developing human translational models using 2D/3D platforms.

In addition, she has extensive knowledge in building, optimizing, and validating high throughput in vitro screening automation system.  She received a B.S. in Biology from Emmanual College and a master’s degree in Biotechnology from Harvard University.
