Biography

Sun Choi is the Head of Business Development at AHHA Labs. Drawing from her 20+ years of experience wearing multiple hats in various industries across AI vision, autonomous drone, industrial IoT sensors, wireless semiconductor, and PC/mobile gaming, Sun has the unique vantage point to bring together client’s business needs, practical restrictions, and financial goals with AHHA Labs’ state-of-the-art smart factory solutions.

As an operationalist in her role as the COO of B Garage, an autonomous drone company for warehouse management, Sun helped the company earn its first commercial customer, enter its first supplier agreement, and expand the team. As a strategist at Team Blind, Sun laid out the strategic vision for Korea’s largest professional social network to expand its presence in the US. As a financier, Sun led a milestone acquisition of a semiconductor technology company at Qualcomm. Her prior career includes Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and management consulting at the Boston Consulting Group.

Sun holds an MBA from Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Cornell University. Her inquisitive nature leaves her always wanting to learn more and explore new industries. She is thrilled to meet with the industry leaders at Smart Factories and looks forward to constructive discussions.
