Biography

Niels Helkov brings over 30 years of expertise in information and communication services, primarily with Orange Business. As the current Head of Smart Industries at Orange Business Americas, Niels is at the forefront of shaping go-to-market strategies, leading solution sales, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the region. He has extensive experience in optimizing and transforming supply chain and manufacturing operations through people, processes, and technology solutions.

Throughout his career at Orange Business Americas, Niels has held several pivotal roles, including Head of eHealth and Digital Solutions, Head of the IT Services Business Unit, and Controller for the Global Services Division. In these capacities, he successfully managed operations generating over $1 billion in revenue and led a team of 900 professionals spanning the Americas, Europe, and the Far East.

Niels holds a double major in Management Science and Geology from the University of Keele in England and is fluent in English, Danish, and French.
