Biography

An engineer, project manager and business improvement and digitalisation leader with 12 years experience in the manufacturing industry, currently working as Digitalisation Leader in the Jaguar Land Rover Global Manufacturing Engineering division. A manufacturing engineer who came to specialise in automated process control and lean improvement in an Industry 4.0 manufacturing context, before taking on project management of a large scale MES software implementation in a UK defence and aerospace manufacturer. MES implementation and a track record of automating legacy processes led to a business improvement manager role with the opportunity to develop and implement high impact digitalisation and lean strategy, a passion that continues to drive transformation as a Digitalisation leader at JLR.
