Biography

Johan Jacobs worked almost 37 years in several senior positions within the biggest brewery group of the world, AB InBev, and was for almost 20 years also partner of AB InBev.
In 2017 he started and further developed a brand new department in Europe Zone to implement digital technologies within the > 30 production sites.

As from June 2022, he became Global Adoption Director, co-ordinating the actions in the 6 Zones (> 250 production sites) to improve adoption of the digital technologies on the shoppfloor and at management level to improve efficiency, increase capacity & productivity.
