Biography

Hayk was born in Armenia when the country was still in the Soviet Union. Despite a Research Biomedical Engineering Degree, he started in manufacturing in 2007 as an operator. During the next 9 years, he would become a director of operations of 7 manufacturing plants with 2500 employees. He then immigrated to Canada and started his journey from scratch. It took him another 6 years to become a Plant Director with more than $200,000,000 revenue.
