Biography

Fernando Garcia Vidal is an Engineering professional with over 26 years experience in various Engineering roles within the CPG and Food & Beverage Industries. He is currently Vice President of Engineering at Monogram Foods, a privately held company that offers strategic manufacturing of food solutions, being one of the largest prepared food manufacturers in the US and providing best-in-class manufacturing capabilities, including one of the few USDA approved bakeries in the US.

Previously, Fernando was VP of Engineering and R&D for WinCup, a privately held company that manufactures disposable food containers, specializing in biodegradable products; and before that he served as Head of Engineering with the Cambpell’s Company where he led the execution of an extensive portfolio of Capital Projects across the company.

Previously, Fernando served as Director, Global Engineering at Duracell, after a nearly 20-year career at Procter & Gamble, following P&G’s exchange of the Duracell business to Berkshire Hathaway in 2016.
